The Site describes CoreLayer Security's products and services in general terms. It does not create a binding offer or contract. Any engagement, trial, or purchase is subject to a separate written agreement, statement of work, or order form signed by the parties.

- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or use the Site to distribute malware, spam, or deceptive content.
Intellectual property
The Site and its contents (including text, graphics, logos, layout, and software) are owned by CoreLayer Security or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except where expressly allowed, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission. You may print or download reasonable portions for personal, non-commercial use only.

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORELAYER SECURITY AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER, EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
